Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Orders under $50: flat rate $10.90.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars. Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by Canadian customs; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing time
Orders are checked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (mid-November to early January and major sale events) processing can take 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or US public holidays.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery takes 4–12 business days to the United States and Canada. The estimated delivery window shown on the product page, in the cart and in your confirmation email already includes processing time.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You receive your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, and you can follow it anytime on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first scan.
30-day delivery guarantee
If your parcel has not reached you within 30 days of your order date, contact us and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund — your choice.
Address problems and lost parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will correct it before dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once the reshipping cost is covered.
